Latin America. On May 14 and 15, the first version of the LiveTec Show, an expo and congress of technologies for the live events and entertainment industry, will be held in Miami. The day will have an interesting academic agenda, learn the details.
On the first day, May 14, there will be a conference program that will begin at 1:00 p.m. Miami time, with a workshop on the Basic Concepts of Systems Design, which will be led by Fernando Nanao, Application Engineer and Product Specialist at DAS Audio.
The day continues with the presentation Cinemaline and robotic cameras for live production, by Gonzalo Gamio from Sony, followed by the presentation Customs challenges for the export of AV systems, lighting, among others, by Francia Hernández, from Hernández & Abogados, specialists in foreign trade. And the day ends with the presentation LED screens for live events, which will be in charge of the company The LED Master.
On the second day, May 15, the day will feature lectures in English, starting at 12:30 p.m. with the presentation Why miami for international business. Not just Latam, which will be given by Stanley Rigaud, Vice President Miami-Dade Beacon Council. This will be followed by the panel Balance in lighting: Gender balance in the lighting industry and Latinamerican design perspective, moderated by Magali Méndez from Light Collective Latam.
The day continues with the presentation Making reality the live production, by Daniel McDonald from Sony, then Andrew Hunter Wilkins, with the presentation Uncovering the secrets of aluminum truss and support structures and ends with the presentation in Spanish The power of NDI, SRT and HDBaset at the live events, by Victor Dupret from Canon – Merlin.
Both the training agenda and the expo and the exhibitors' demo rooms will be held at the Miami Airport Convention Center MACC. The fair will open its doors from 11:00 a.m.
